What is the status of my order?
Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number – please use this to track your order.
Using the tracking number and link provided in this email you will be able to track your order, register further instruction for the courier (e.g. to leave the parcel with a neighbour) or opt to change the delivery address.
Can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel or amend your order please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, quoting your order number, as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate any changes requested however, once an order has been processed we cannot guarantee that it can be cancelled or amended.
Can I make changes to my order?
Once an order has been placed we are unable to make any changes. We are not able to combine orders, change colour or size of items ordered, or add new items.
Can I change my shipping address?
You may change your shipping address provided if the order has not yet shipped and a shipping label has not yet been printed. Once a shipping label has been printed and the package has left our fulfilment centre, we are no longer able to change or reroute your shipping address.

What payment method does Lé Silk accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro debit and credit cards. Online orders can also be placed via Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and PayPal Express Checkout. All payment methods are visible at the footer of our website.
Where do you ship from?
All items are shipped from our warehouse in the United Kingdom.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
United Kingdom - next working day
EU - 3-5 working days
USA - 3-5 working days
Rest of the World - 5-7 working days

Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free next day delivery on all orders within United Kingdom. Free shipping on all orders over £150 within EU and US. Free shipping on all orders over £200 outside EU and Rest of the World.
What countries do you ship to?
We ship worldwide to over 160 countries. If we are unable to ship to certain country, it will be displayed at the checkout.
Are taxes and duties included in my order total?
Please note that taxes and duties are not calculated at checkout. Orders that are designated for shipment to countries outside of the United Kingdom may be subject to local taxes, customs, duties, and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees. If you refuse a shipment from Lé Silk, you are responsible for the original purchase and shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Lé Silk warehouse.
Are duties and taxes paid on order refundable?
Unfortunately we cannot refund any duties and taxes paid on your order.
What if my order hasn’t arrived?

What is Lé Silk returns policy?
We hope that you will be delighted with your Lé Silk order, however, if for any reason you would like to return your item/s, you can return an item/s for a refund, within 14 days of receipt.
We can only accept unused, unworn and with all tags attached goods.

How long will it take for my return to be processed?
Once we have received and approved your return, please allow up to 10-14 working days for your return to be processed.
You will receive a confirmation email once your return is completed and your account has been credited. Please note that refunds can only be made to the card originally used to pay for the order, and may take up to 30 days to appear in your account. Unfortunately this is beyond our control.
Do you refund shipping costs?
Unfortunately, we do not refund shipping costs if you return an item.
I received faulty item, what do I do?
If you encounter any issues with your received items, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a photo of the fault as soon as you receive your order.
How do I care for my Lé Silk?
We recommend dry cleaning or hand washing all your Lé Silk pieces. For more information, see our dedicated Silk Care Guide.
Can I wash my silk items in the washing machine?
We recommend dry cleaning Mulberry silk fabric to maintain the shiny finish and quality of your Lé Silk. For alternative ways how to care for your Lé Silk, please refer to our Silk Care Guide.
Can I put my Lé Silk pieces in the tumble dryer?
Never put any of your Lé Silk in the tumble dryer. Silk is very delicate fabric, and the high temperatures of the tumble dryer can shrink or damage silk.
Can I iron my silk pieces?
We recommend using steamer instead of iron to preserve the shine, quality and colour saturation of the silk clothing. However, if you would like to iron your silk goods, please refer to our Ironing Guide.
